some people want to build their lives permanently in the US, others may want to work here temporarily before returning home. Our immigration system should recognize those differences by creating multiple pathways to legal status instead of pretending one pathway can meet every need.

legalization

we need to embrace legalization for undocumented immigrants. We understand the undocumented population has become deeply integrated into our communities and economy. Mass deportation is neither practical nor desirable.
